In 1999, Charlie started managing retail surf and snowboard shops from Colorado to California. He focused on hiring the right team members and formulating sales strategies to increase sales at each store he worked for. Those team building skills lead him to his current business today. From 2007-2011, he owned a retail business where he learned the skill set of increased sales statistics and negotiating commercial leases. That lead him into a recruit to KW Commercial to become the protege of a top producer in Commercial Real Estate. As a broker of almost 10 years, he's closed over 100 transactions. Charlie specializes in income producing investments and investment evaluation for office, retail, industrial, single-family and multi-family residential.
